Tiktokly respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through Tiktokly infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by the Notice, a representative list of such works
- Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL)
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24-48 business hours
- Investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
- Provide information about counter-notification procedures
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
6. Fair Use
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are not sure whether material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest you first contact an attorney.
7. Good Faith
We respond to DMCA Notices in good faith and make every effort to process legitimate claims quickly and fairly. However, we are not obligated to take any action regarding claims that do not meet the legal requirements of the DMCA.
